Prasit Knowledge Center (“Prasit Knowledge Center”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides online learning services, recorded lesson access, exercises, examinations, and related services for students and parents. By accessing or using our system, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords.

• Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.

Prasit Knowledge Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any violation of these terms or risks to system security are detected.

2. Use of the Online Learning System

Users may use the system to:

• Complete exercises and examinations

• Monitor academic performance

Users agree not to:

• Share accounts with others

• Download, copy, record, or distribute learning videos without permission

• Use the system in any manner that may affect system security or stability

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the system, including:

• Learning materials

• Exercises

• Examinations

• Images

• Logos

• Software and system components

is the intellectual property of Prasit Knowledge Center or the relevant copyright owners.

No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Users agree to pay service fees according to the specified rates.

• Payments are considered complete once confirmed by the system.

• Prasit Knowledge Center reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations in certain cases.

Refund policies are subject to the conditions specified by Prasit Knowledge Center and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the system; however, we do not guarantee that the system will be error-free or continuously available at all times.

Prasit Knowledge Center may temporarily suspend, maintain, improve, or modify the system without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Prasit Knowledge Center shall not be liable for:

• Damages arising from system usage

• Data loss caused by force majeure events

• Problems caused by internet services, devices, or third-party systems

• Unauthorized account usage resulting from the user’s failure to protect login credentials

Prasit Knowledge Center may immediately suspend or terminate access rights if:

• User behavior negatively affects the system or other users
